England To Manage Archers Workload During Australia Odis Tap To Know More Inshorts

England to manage Archer's workload during Australia ODIs

England have decided to manage Jofra Archer's workload during the upcoming one-day international series against Australia.

The fast bowler has been included in the squad for the three-match series, but he is likely to be rested for one or two of the games.

Archer has been in impressive form for England in recent months, taking 23 wickets in his last five one-day internationals. However, he has also been carrying a minor niggle, and the England management team are keen to avoid aggravating the injury.

"Jofra is a world-class bowler, but we need to manage his workload carefully," said England captain Eoin Morgan.

"He has been carrying a bit of a niggle, and we don't want to risk making it worse."We have a lot of cricket coming up this summer, including the World Cup, and we need JOf to be fit and firing for those tournaments."

Archer's absence will be a blow to England, but they have plenty of other options to choose from. Mark Wood, Tom Curran, and David Willey are all in the squad, and they will be hoping to take their chance if Archer is rested.
